Property and Cancelation Policies :

Deposits are not refundable in case of cancellation, a credit of the amount received will be offered to you valid for 1 year from the date of your reservation 
15 days before the arrival date you will be given a credit for the amount of your deposit and it will be valid for 1 year.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date, there will be no refund or credit.

Terms and Conditions

Check in is at 3 pm, check out is at 12 hrs . You are always free to arrive earlier and enjoy the beach in our lounge chairs or having a meal at the restaurant, we will keep your lugage safe and provide you with beach towels. If your room is ready before 3, you are welcome to occupy it earlier.

Unfortunately late check out is not possible since the shift of our maids ends at 3 pm.

The reception is available from 8 am to 8 pm. In case you have an earlier or late arrival, please let us know in order to leave the instructions with the hotel manager , who is available if you have to arrive after the opening hours of the reception.We have  parking , it is forbidden to smoke inside the room, in case of doing so it will be penalized with $500.00 pesos for deep cleaning.

Pets are not allowed.

We have Starlink internet, however it is difficult for the signal to reach the rooms furthest away from the antenna.

The administration of the El perla negra  restaurant that is in our facilities is different from that of the hotel. They only take cash as most of the restaurants of the area, so we advice you come prepared with enough cash.

To guarantee the reservation a minimum of 50% of the total amount is required, this reservation fee is non-refundable and the other 50% must be paid upon arrival, which is non refundable as well, regardless of whether or not your room was used or the reasons for canceling completely or a part of your stay at the hotel.

If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, you will get a credit for your deposit that will be active for one year, starting on the date of cancellation. You will be able to change dates 2 times, but the expiration date of your deposit will remain the same. Please notice: the price will be subject to changes according to the new arrival date.

Early departure: NO REFUND WILL BE MADE under any circumstances, regardless of whether or not your room was used or the reasons for canceling completely or a part of your stay at the hotel.

Changes can be made to the original dates of the reservation, as long as the same number of nights is maintained and notice is given at least one month in advance.

In case of reducing the quantity, any change can be made with a prior notice of 30 days to avoid charging the nights that were originally reserved.

In case of no show, the total of your stay will be charged.
